This year, we want to wow you by delivering exclusive content on our company, its industry, our recent projects, and our vision for the future, because 2020, is the year we celebrate 20 years of Harkins log homes.
But, as we all know, COVID-19 has shaken up our plans, our lives, and this is the case for everyone.
Our teams were forced to stop. Our worksite ceased operations. Like each of you, we hope this will be short lived, but we will continue to follow the government’s guidelines to protect our employees, their families, and our customers.
We look ahead to the future in hopes that we’ll emerge from this stronger than ever. FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS
Harkins, above all else, is a family. A family of blood and heart, and we hope that each one of you will make it through this crisis in good health, both physically and mentally.
So, we’re taking advantage of this situation to invite you to get some fresh air. Put on your boots and your coats, winter or rain, and get outside for a few minutes or a few hours. If you can, find a forest, a local park, or an area surrounded with trees, and take the time to reconnect with nature.
When this storm is behind us, when we can all be together once again, we’ll invite you to celebrate our 20th birthday with us. With open arms and open hearts, we’ll take the time to answer your questions about our Scandinavian style log homes, our post and beam homes, or even log and species choices. We’re also saving you a special surprise for our 20th year. Stay tuned!
When we can finally welcome you back, we will take the time to share our passion for construction, how we do it, and tell you about the advantages of using local wood (150 km radius!) like we do to build our homes. We will also share what’s led us to invest the time, energy and money to perfect our planning techniques (thanks to 3D software) so we can ensure perfect execution, time after time!
